Hunger Games: Catching Fire show dominance in the recently concluded MTV movie awards. The said event was held on Nokai Theater in Los Angeles hosted by Conan O’Brien, the said sci fi film snatched three major awards even beating the Oscar’s bet 12 Years A Slave.
Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen) was named the Best Female Performance together with her co star Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark) crowned as Best Male Performance Title.
In the said event Josh pays tribute to his late co star Philip Seymour Hoffman. He quoted “It was so cool to have Philip in our movies. He’s one of the actors I’ve looked up to my entire life. I know if Philip were here he would think this was really cool.”
The movie entitled The Wolf of Wall Street starring Leonardo De Caprio received two awards and Jonah Hill was remembered for comedic performance.
Meanwhile the last F&F star Paul Walker and Vin Diesel grabs the Best On Screen Duo award.
