Katrina Halili’s camp reacts about the current reinstatement of Hayden Kho’s doctor license. It is remembered that PRC grants back Kho’s licence last Tuesday July 8.

PRC revoked Hayden’s license because of his involvement regarding a controversial video released in the internet together with the Kapuso actress last 2009.

According to the camp of Halili they will try to question the decision of PRC because they consider the commission’s decision to be a premature one. It is stated that Hayden must wait for almost two years in order to file a petition for reinstatement of license to the PRC considering the fact the two year period has not yet over.

Atty. Raymond Palad one of Katrina legal counsel said that the two year period should start after the Court of Appeal formulates its final decision during 2012.

In his interview with DZMM the said attorney questioned the fast processing of Kho’s license reinstatement wherein he asked what is the consideration given considering the fact that there are so many license reinstatement case hanging in PRC.

He also questions the time span of event wherein he claims that PRC decision is too early because Hayden is allowed to file for license reinstatement not early than July 26, 2014. The camp of Katrina is planning to appeal about the recent decision of the PRC and clarified that Hayden Kho has nothing to do about the issue but the premature practice undergone by the PRC to reinstate the license of the doctor.
