The actor Derek Ramsay has charged by his former wife in Makati City Prosecutor’s Office of Republic Act 9262 or Violence against women and children of 2004.

According to the documents, the actor Derek Ramsay is legally married to Ms. Mary Jolly and father of 11-year-old, Austin Gabriel.

After their marriage, she describe their relationship is “Rocky” because the actor is possessive, demanding and very jealous.

On 28^th of June 2003, she gives birth to Austin in Imus, Cavite. But he never visit to the his wife to know their condition, instead he request for the DNA test, but she didn’t show the results to actor.
