This 91 year old man, Ramon Lim Lopez is a living myth in the world of body builders because regardless of his age he still can maintain such body muscle.

Ramon was called and known as the “Super Lolo” of Cebu City and the grandmaster of body builders. He started when he was 39 in the year 1963 and still manages and maintain for 53 years until now.

Ramon wants to achieve his dream to be the “Oldest and Longest Body Builder” in the world and to be recorded in the Guinness Book of World  Records  and posted this picture and post to gain help and sponsors to attain this dream.

Ramon also made a message for those who will and might give him an extra effort to help him;

Ramon is not just a body builder but also a trainer, programmer and a consultant.
