Veteran singer and celebrity Claire De La Fuente recently pleaded to president Rodrigo Duterte to conduct fair investigation with her son, Gregorio De Guzman and 10 other suspects with regards to the r@pe case of flight attendant Christine Decera after found lifeless inside the bathtub of Makati City hotel

In an interview of ABS-CBN News with De La Fuenta, the actress discloses that her son is innocent of the charged crime which was pointed out by the Police investigators

”As a mother, alam kung walang kasalanan ang anak ko. Humihingi ako ng tulong sa Presidente na sana magkaroon ng fair investigation para maprotektahan din ang karapatan ng mga inosente. We also want the truth to come out as soon as possible!”

Meanwhile, De La Fuente expresses her gratefulness toward the LGBT community for showing solid support for her son’s case and his companions for believing that the conducted investigation by PNP was bias and unfair

”Nagpapasalamat ako sa overwhelming support ng LGBT sa paniniwala nilang unfair ang nangyari at nagiging gender issue ito. Sana lumawak pa ang suporta dahil walang masyadong kaya ang mga batang ito. Humihingi po sila ng tulong at fund para sa litigation”

LGBT community also criticized PNP statements stating that gay are still men capable of r@pping women which was alarming on their side
