Breaking news former DSWD secretary Dinky Soliman died due to renal and heart failure.

Dinky served under the late Pres. Noy Noy Aquino administration and died few months ago due also to kidney failure, she is also the cabinet member of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

“May napakalungkot na balita tayong natanggap ngayon lang, na si former DSWD Secretary Dinky Soliman, namayapa na ngayong umaga” stated by VP Leni Robredo.

During the administration of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo she resigned to her post due to “Hello Garci scandal”.

Some of the closest friends of Soliman expressed their deepest condolences and reminisce how Dinky serves the Filipino people well.

According to Edwin Lacierda, Soliman is the smallest of them but she possesses a good heart among them.

He recalls how Dinky goes to the poorest area and offer help to them.
