Police Senior Master Sargeant Jonel Nuezca who was responsible in a br#tal shooting incidents at Paniqui, Tarlac, killing two un armend family civilians namely Sonia Gregorio 52 years old and Frank Anthony Gregorio 23 years old has recently dismissed from the Philippine National Police Service

Nuezca was charged with a double murder case after he surrendered to Tarlac PNP day after the shooting incidents took place way back December 2020

Sinas said on press briefing that the administrative case filed to PSMS Nuezcue has already been resolved as his service dismissal took effect today, January 11, 2021, Monday

“I would like to announce that the admin case of police staff sargeant Jonel Nuezca is already resolved. He is meted with an administrative penalty of dismissal from the service effective today, January 11, 2021. This was implemented by the NCRPO Police Brig. Gen. Vic Danao'”

But Nuezca’s criminal charges still under trial- Sinas said

“As to the criminal cases, is still on going”

Meanwhile,there was a report released by the Police Regional Office 3 Director Valeriano De Leon that Nuezca pleaded not guilty during the pre-trial that happened on January 7, 2021. Even after he caught on the video as he br@tally shot two unarmed family civilians
