In the latest episode of Wanted Sa Radyo, Sumbong At Aksyon here is the update of the Junel Nuezca double murder case the development of the trials in court.

According to the legal counsel of the Gregorios, Junel currently cannot attend the trials because he is quarantined for 21 days but informed via video call online, the suspect pleaded not guilty and his attorney already clarified the pros and cons of his pleading.

Meanwhile, it is revealed that the person who takes the video hesitated to be a witness of the crime and it cannot be considered by the court as evidence but the prosecutor assures this cannot affect their advantage on the trials wherein they can present eyewitnesses with the same statement, this can be a solid proof to convict the suspect.

However, Idol Raffy worries that Junel can get away from what he did and ask Mark Gregorio about his possible course of action.

Mark assures that the person who takes the video will stand against the suspect as a matter of fact they already have a sworn statement from him.

This could be the end of the police, the odds are against him now.
