Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, provinces of Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon are likewise advise by weather bureau for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains as caused by Northeast Monsoon
The rest of Mindanao are also put in an alert warning for possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms as cause by localized thunderstorms

On the other hand, the eastern section of Mindanao will be experienced a rough coastal water condition ranging to 2.8 to 4.0 meters
Luzon, Visayas, and the Northern section of Mindanao will likewise experience moderate to rough coastal water condition ranging to 2.1 to 4.0 meters
And the rest of Mindanao will be experienced slight to moderate coastal water condition ranging to 0.6 to 2.5 meters
