Congratulations Passers! The April 2022 Pharmacy licensure exam (PhLE) or pharmacist board exam results, which include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top-performing schools, and performance of schools are available here. The expected date of releasing the results will be on April 7-12 or in 3-6 working days after the exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pampanga, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on April 3 and 4, 2022. The members of the Board of Pharmacy who gave the licensure examination are Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Dr. Adelina C. Royo, Members.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING

PRC said that registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
notice of admission (for identification only)
2 pieces of passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
2 sets of documentary stamps
1 piece short brown envelope

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Due to pandemics, the oath-taking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oath-taking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).
