46-year-old Danny Ildefonso has been activated by Converge FiberXers

JUST IN. 46-year-old Danny Ildefonso has been activated by Converge and is eligible to play tomorrow, March 3, vs Meralco.

Per a PBA memorandum, he is eligible to play for the FiberXers “effective immediately.”

At age 46, the Converge FiberXers activate 2x MVP, 8x champion, and 3x Finals MVP Danny Ildefonso as the team’s 15th local player.

Ildefonso, a 2x MVP, 8x champion and 3x Finals MVP, last played in 2015 for Meralco.

Danny Ildefonso is a former Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player who was known for his impressive skills as a power forward and center. He was born on December 9, 1976, in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines.

Ildefonso retired from professional basketball in 2015, after 17 seasons in the PBA. He left a legacy as one of the greatest players in Philippine basketball history.
