Arrest Warrant  is currently issued to Cedric and the others for serious illegal detention filed by the actor Vhong Navarro with regards to mauling incident last January 22.

The Taguig Metropolitan Court issued the said warrant to Cedric and his group with answer the said allegations thrown to them by Vhong’s legal counsel.

According to GMA news online the arrest warrant was issued and come at the hands of the police department on April 21.

Chief Superintendent Jose Villacorte, Head of the Southern Police District clarifies that the copy of order of arrest to Cedric and his group landed in their office this Monday.

But the Cedric sister Bernice Lee and Jose Paola Palma are not included in the list to be arrested.

With regards to serious illegal detention this is considered to be a non bailable offense compared to grave coercion which currently Deniece Cornejo post bail.

Judge Esperanza Cortes noted that the evidence is not clear to prove Cedric and his group claims that they conduct a citizen arrest because the actor is planning to do a malicious act against Deniece Cornejo.

It is remembered that DOJ has filed serious illegal detention case against Cedric, Deniece, Bernice, Zimmer, Jed, Ferdinand, at JP last April 10.

The case filed by Deniece to Vhong was currently dismissed by the court because of insufficiency of evidence to prove her claims.

Meanwhile Vhong was happy about the outcome of his struggle to gain justice against those people who abuse him last January 22.
