Deniece Cornejo Bailed Against Grave Coercion Case

April 16, Deniece Cornejo bailed against grave coercion case filed by Vhong Navarro.

Cornejo was included in the list that is facing serious illegal detention and grave coercion filed by Navarro’s legal councel. Seven of them are now facing the said case with regards to mauling incident happened to the actor last January 22.

The other six are: Cedric Lee, Jed Fernandez, Bernice Lee, Simeon Raz, Jose Paolo Calma and Ferdinand Guerrero.

It is remembered that the said model filed a controversial complaint against the actor but is currently junked by the court for lack of evidence to support her claims.

Earlier this week Fernandez aside some Cornejo posted a bail, but Jed keep silent with regards to the issue and never leaves word from the media.

Last weeks the court issued an arrest warrant to Cornejo for grave coercion which is considered to be a bail able crime.

Taguig RTC presiding judge Bernard Pineda Bernal set the bail which goes up to P12, 000.00

Even though they can bail themselves they can be still arrested is they go out of the country without the consent of the Department of Justice noted by Justice Secretary Leila De Lima.

Failure of compliance to the conditions set by the DOJ they can be barred from travelling abroad and they will face another criminal offense.
