NBI currently arrest Berniece  Lee for failure of posting bail against grave coercion case filed by Vhong Navarro.

According to the reports the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) goes to the house of the businessman with intentions to arrest at West Greenhills San Juan City.

This also in accordance to currently issued warrant of arrest by the Taguig Metropolitan Court binding to Cedric, Deniece Cornejo, Simeon “Zimmer” Raz Jr., Ferdinand Guerrero, and Jed Fernandez.

In the said operation the NBI failed to arrest Cedric because the said businessman is not residing in that place already.

But the said operatives have arrested Cedric sister Berniece because in that time she was present at the place

As of now Berniece is in the custody of the NBI to settle her case against grave coercion filed by Vhong’s camp.

In the said warrant Berniece together with JP Calma is not included in the arrest list in the ground of serious illegal detention.

Currently exposed by Tony Calvento that one of the group of Cedric Lee is willing to turn side and stands as a witness with regards to the mauling incident to Vhong last January 22. The said witness quoted that he is really afraid of Cedric and for the help of DOJ to secure his life by providing agents to guard him.
