Showtime host Vhong Navarro’s reacts against the second controversial case file by Deniece Cornejo against him.

Recently Vhong filed his counter affidavit against the said complaint by the model/endorser.

The said affidavit was filed on Taguig Regional Trial Court which aims to answer back the accusations of Cornejo that Vhong try to force her to do such a malicious act in her condominium last January 22.

It is remembered that her first complaint was dismissed by the court due Deniece camp could not present a hard evidence to prove her claims.

According to Vhong’s legal counsel Atty. Alma Mallonga she noted that she is confident second complaint will be also dismissed just like the other case filed against the actor.

Atty. Mallonga noted “Basically, our defense in the counter-affidavit is that Deniece herself, in two earlier sworn declarations, had maintained that nothing had happened between her and Vhong [on January 17] and there was no allegation of rape whatsoever,”

She also added that Deniece left a sworn declaration that Vhong left and pointed that Vhong really left the unit without doing any malicious act against the complainant.

Meanwhile the court issue’s a warrant of arrest against Cedric and the others but JP Palma and Berniece Lee is not included in the list to face a non bailalble offense which is serious illegal detention.

Lately reported that one of Cedric group is willing to speak out the truth but he is afraid of Cedric action and ask for security to protect his life.

DOJ does not reveal the identity of the person yet. According to Sec. Leila De Lima the sworn statement of that person will put a more specific clarification about what really happened during the mauling incident done to Vhong last January 22.
