Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) gives back Hayden’s Kho doctors license for almost five months it was revoked due to the controversy he was involved together with the Kapuso actress Katrina Halili last 2009.

Kho posted on his intsagram account saying “Resultantly, we are constrained to construe complainant’s failure to oppose as desistance or waiver of her right to object to the petition. As the case stands, petitioner’s allegations regarding his qualifications and achievement remain unrebutted.

“We see no cogent reason to further burden petitioner with the remnants of a reckless faux pas when his overall conduct shows a manifestly repentant heart. While others simply passively wait for the period revocation to lapse, petitioner positively and quickly acted to prove himself a worthy medical doctor to this Board and the Commission.

“Wherefore, all premises considered and for reasons of equity and justice, the Board hereby grants petitioner’s petition for reinstatement. Dr. Hayden Kho is hereby reinstated to the practice as medical doctor.”

The 34 year old doctor was so happy about the result and first thanks the Mighty LORD for his understanding and support for his struggles for almost five years regaining his credibility as a doctor.

He further added that GOD is being faithful to him for the start especially when he encounters a lot of controversies in his life.

He is also grateful for the said commission for giving his license again and giving praises to her mom for her unending support during his downfalls in her life.
