This man was holding a bottle of drink while he was performing basic treadmill in a normal speed. When he noticed a beautiful woman passing by behind him, he then turned his back to appreciate more of her beauty. Soon before he cherished seeing her in secret, he was fallen down and roll over to the floor. The woman then turned back to see what was fallen and found him lying on the floor. This man immediately performed push ups to cover up his embarrassment.

I learned from this man after watching this video that it’s good to concentrate what you’re doing and if someone passing by behind that catch your attention, better to keep safety first before anything else. You might also fall and do some alibies like this man’s did.
