Rhythmic gymnastics began in the 1940’s in Russia. It didn’t take long enough to be adopted worldwide, in 1961 it was the first Rhythmic gymnastics championship held in Budapest. It is also included in the Summer Olympics in 1984. It includes the grace of ballet with the physicality of gymnastics and considered as the most-watch Summer Olympic sport.

Daria Kondakova is her name and she is a Russian. Her performance is really a show-stopping performance. Some people describe her movements like a lightning because she is very precise and quick. We can notice that she can switch from a graceful pose to an almost frenzied whirlwind and she has the ability to maintain a perfect control over the hoop.

She has already received multiple silver and gold medals in the world and also in some European championships and we can all see that she is charming and beautiful.
