PAGAASA Weather Bulletin: Notheast Monsoon Affecting the country

According to PAGASA weather bureau, most part of the country would experience rainy weather conditions due to effect of Northeast Monsoon

Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region are put into caution by PAGASA for possible flash flood and rain induced land slides during moderate with at times heavy rainfall

Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon will be experienced cloudy skies accompanied with light rainfall

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will likewise experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies accompanied with isolated rainfall

Moderate to strong winds to moderate to rough coastal water ranging to 1.2 to 4.0 meters will be experienced by the following areas

  • Northern Luzon
  • Visayas
  • The rest of Luzon
  • Northern and Eastern section of Mindanao

While the rest of Mindanao will be experienced light to moderate winds to slight to moderate coastal water ranging to 0.6 to 2.1 meters

Disaster and Risk Reduction and Management offices are advised the public to take precautionary measures during this time of inevitable weather condition
