In the latest episode of Wanted Sa Radyo “Sumbong At Aksyon” portion here is unique case wherein a minor alias “Nicole” is a r@p3 victim and the suspect is her cousin.

R@p3 is a grave offense punishable by law it is done through forcing a male/ female to conduct a carnal activity by one party.

Nichole on her statement during December 26 last her, her cousin while drunk maliciously touch her private part and do his evil intent to her, she cannot shout & scream because she is afraid.

On the other hand Allan as represented by her father stressed out that the victim seduced his son as a matter of fact Nicole is seen sleeping together with Allan for a couple of days.

However Nichole emotionally falsified the allegations because that is not what happened, she has been totally abused “Hindi po totoo na inakit at pumatong ako sa kanya (Allan), siya po ang lumapit sa akin”.
