As of 3:00 am in the morning, February 8, 2021 Monday, PAGASA weather bureau releases an updated report forecasting Low Pressure Area (LPA) 580 km East of Davao City

While most part of Northern Luzon will be experienced unfavorable weather condition due to effect of Northeast Monsoon-PAGASA said

On the other hand, Visayas, Bicol Region, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Davao Region are advised to take precautionary measure for possible flooding and rain induced landslides which may occur during moderate to heavy rains as caused by LPA

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, and Central Luzon, Metro Manila, and rest of the country will likewise be experienced partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light to isolated rain showers due to effect of Northeast Monsoon

Meanwhile, Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water ranging to 1.2 to 4.1 meters will be experienced by Northern and Eastern section of the country

While the rest of the country will be experienced Light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal water ranging to 0.6 to 2.1 meters
