Actor Tony Labrusca will face two criminal charges due to act of lasciviousness and physical injury.

Labrusca is an actor under star magic and becomes famous on his daring scenes in movies.

According to reports the complainant is molested by the actor twice on January 16, 2021.

The female victim allegedly stated that the actor is pulling her spaghetti strap and force her to sit on his laps. Another incident in relation to physical injuries is the brother of Dustin Ibay was choked by the actor due to too much alcohol intoxication.

“Mr. Labrusca being a public figure and a foreigner must learn not to be abusive of women. My clients hope that this complaint would encourage women and anyone who have been victims of abuses by public figures such as Mr. Labrusca whether sexual or otherwise to not be afraid to stand up and be heard,” Atty. Tongol the legal counsel of the victims.

Tongol clarifies on the first place his clients do not really want to file these complaints because they are private people but their reputations are criticized by the people around the actor.

There are also some allegations of received by the side of the petitioner which are totally untrue. To stop those malicious allegations the complainants much teach the actor an ample lesson to teach him a lesson.

On the other hand on the side of the actor his side does not reveal any statements but re assure they will speak out as soon as possible.
