Former beauty queen Precious Lara Quigaman shares her thoughts amid battling post partum hair loss and her mind set how to overcome it.

Lara Quigaman is an actress, model, multi product endorser and won Miss International last 2005.

On her post she quoted how she struggles on her hair fall due to post partum but she remains positive and always trusts GOD on what is happening on her life right now.

HERE IS HER POST:

At the start of class: Sweet, patient teacher mommy.
After 5 mins: (swipe) naubos ang buhok at nabuang na si teacher mommy! 🤣

Wala naman talaga kinalaman ang mga estudyante ko sa bad hair day ko hahahah, after giving birth for the third time, I lost so much hair post partum as in! Chunka chunka! 😭😭😭 but they are growing back now thank God! Kaya nga lang, the growing phase doesn’t look too good!

So mommy, don’t worry it will grow back. If not, may @tokyoposh naman. 🥰 and also, what helped me through my postpartum hairloss and low moments when I felt so out of control was this verse: Matthew 10:30-31″And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

Oh to understand that God knows everything about me, that He knows every little detail in my life! That He even knows if one hair (one hair!) falls off my head! What a relief to know that He loves me that much! How humbling, how comforting… how amazing! Kaya Lord, mahulog na lahat ng buhok ko, just don’t ever let me go!

We may be growing out new hair, or going through something more difficult. The growing and waiting is not always pleasant but trust that He governs every second of our lives. He truly makes all things work for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose! He makes all things beautiful in His time!

Ok back to class 🙊

She also shares a bible verse Matthew 10: 30-31 saying “and even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.  So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows”

Many netizens praise her as a strong woman battling her insecurities and anxieties in life.

This post is empowering women because postpartum is not a joke; many women in the world suffered their demise because of depression.
