The buyer goes to the program to seek help because they suspected that the price is too high and the credibility of the seller is questionable based on her failed commitment to them.

The program investigated the scenario and find out those dogs can be smuggled or maybe locally breed.

The seller tried to defend that she has nothing to do because she is just relying to her broker as a matter of fact, she is licensed and legit.

However those claims can be void due to the multiple loopholes found by the program to question her honesty.
