According to the complainant she order the food from their (Jollibee) Bonifacio branch and delivered via grad food, after opening the food pack she is surprised that instead of fried chicken, fried towel is served.
The program take necessary actions and call the attention of the higher management to act on the incident.
The issue aims to give awareness to every fast food restaurant all over the country to carefully prepare the food to every consumer to ensure their safety.
Because they are paying right and the establishment will reciprocate this will their perfect customer service.
