Olympics is the most grandest sporting event in the world wherein all countries in the globe send their finest athletes to compete and hopeful to snatch the gold medal.

For almost 97 years the Philippines did not win any gold medal in the Olympics.

History in the making as we can see here now is a humble Filipina in the name of Hidilyn Diaz which she proves lack of equipment is not a hindrance to success but a determination and trust in GOD.

As previous reports Diaz recently ask for financial support for her training due to some difficulties, however she persevere and improvised and the results are overwhelming as she grab the gold medal defeating her Chinese counterpart lifting 224 kilos.

As a reward of her hard-work here is her updated incentives as she gives pride to the country and to its people as well:

10 M as mandated by the Philippine Law, 10M from Manny Pangilinan added by 10M Ramon Ang San Miguel Corp. CEO, 5M courtesy of Dennis Uy Of Phoenix Petroleum, 2.5M from Zamboanga city LGU, 3 M also given by Deputy Speaker Mikee Rommero as total of 40.5 Million pesos.

Added by lifetime free gasoline from Phoenix Petroleum and free flight from Philippine Airlines and Air Asia and a house and lot.
