In the latest episode of RTIA, here is a complaint against Juliana Parizcova Segovia shows immoral character by spitting her neighbor twice while being influence by alcohol.

Segovia rose to fame on her participation on Showtime Miss Q & A portion.

According to the Brgy. Official in charge of the investigation the Ms. Q&A winner admits the act but she never knows what triggers him to do this to the complainant.

The Brgy. Personnel also revealed that the complainant and the offender are drinking during that time.

Atty. Garreth Tungol explained this act is a criminal offense in ground of slander by deed and child abuse.

Idol Raffy also condemn the complainant act because she is a minor and must not engage in a drinking session with the adults.
