In the latest episode of Wanted Sa Radyo, here is the case of a famous vlogger name “Whamos Cruz” to face charges because of a relationship with a minor.

According to the mother “Dolly Del Rosario”, she is enraged, because of the fact, her daughter has been taken away by Whamos, the male vlogger did not pay respect to her but not saying their current location.

She is worried about her daughter because her child is still a minor.

Atty. Garreth Tungol the legal adviser of the program stated the male vlogger will face a child abuse case because the girl is a minor, it does not matter if the girl decides to go with Whamos because the law provides that if he/she is still a minor (under 18 years old) the parents will still decide on her life another term for the age of consent.

Suppose to be Whamos will not take advantage of the girl but instead turn over her to the authorities or refrain from the girl because he is at the right age.
