On the latest episode of Raffy Tulfo in Action, here is the updated story of viral case on Michelle Manaag versus her live in partner, Tekla

On the latest uploaded episode, Raffy Tulfo in Action Program conducted a thorough investigation on Michelle personal background to determine her personal character as requested by the netizens to establish that RTIA are not biased and fair in term of justice

On the conducted interview of Yeddha Pascual Wanted sa Radyo reporter on Michelle relatives, friends, neighbors and even on their respective Barangay, Yddha found out that Michelle was a good person having no any bad record on their Barangay

Michelle on the other hand give a feedback message against the bashers who condemn her by stating ” Halos binababoy na po nila picture namin sa social media porket ba maliit na tao lng ako pwedi na nila akong husgahan, in the first place hindi po nila ako kilala, second hindu po nila alam ang pinagdaanan ko, sabihin na natin na nagkamali ako, merong bisyo pero hito ako bumabangon, nagbabago ako para matama lahat ng pagkakamali ko”

Michelle decided to close the case against her live in partner, Tekla. And both of them agreed and arranged to settle the dispute between them for the sake of their children

Atty. Gareth Tungol acting lawyer of Raffy Tulfo on the other hand requested Raffy Tulfo to give him a chance to re-examine and to conduct an inquiry on Michelle to re-establish how legitimate her claims and accusation for child and s3xual abuse so that he can settle once again the case with finality

In a cross-examination done by Atty. Gareth on Michelle, he asked about the physical abuse done by Tekla against her specifically Tekla’s committing hand job in front of her and their children

Atty. Gareth asked the time interval of Tekla’s hand job which she answered that it took a minute after he finished

Atty. Gareth made a follow-up question on Michelle by stating why did you not escape at the time Tekla was doing a hand job in front of you in which Tekla doesn’t use his brute force to harassed you added that you have the chance to get out to safeguard your children

Michelle just replied that she prefers not to escape to avoid confrontation and fights between them

She further stressed out that if she escaped Tekla will mercilessly mistreated them by not giving financial assistance

Which later on Atty. Gareth concluded through Michelle statements that she has the opportunity to escaped but she prefer to remain for the purpose of food and monetary support that Tekla may give to them even Tekla will do scandalous act in front of her and their children

Atty. Gareth made her closing statement to Raffy Tulfo by stating that he did not see any sufficient compulsion evidence to file a case of rape, the act of lasiviousness or child abuse since Michelle clearly emphasizes through her statement that she has the opportunity to escape hence Tekla did not use his brute force against her

“And nakita ko kasi wala yung sufficient compulsion para mabuo ang kaso for rape, act of lasiviousness or child abuse don sa bata dahil mismo nanggaling sa bibig ni Michelle na may opportunidad naman pala siyang tumangi, umalis sa panahon na pinilit siya ni Tekla
